Pasta has always been my best friend. When I lived in Paris my diet was two things; yoghurt and pasta. When I came home to my 22 m2 flat on Rue St Honoré, the degree of my hunger decided. Very hungry – need food now – yoghurt. Hungry – have the time to cook – pasta. I can never get tired of pasta, you can mix it with everything or just make it plain “au beurre”. Good bless Italy!

I always check out the food on Pinterest, and I saw a pattern in my “repined” and “liked” notes – mainly pasta.

Avocado Basil Pasta – Easy and delicious …don’t forget to add some lemon.

Gnocchi, sweet corn & argula in cream sauce –  More complicated (if pasta ever is) but definitely worth it!

Chicken Range Pasta – Back to basic, but don’t be fooled by the simplicity
